My father was shot 3 times by a drive-by gunner. The perpetrators were riding a motorcycle, and they slow down to shoot my dad at the back, hitting 3 times, 2 bullets at his back near his spine and 1 directly at the back of his head. He fell down the floor once the shooting was finished, and he was gasping, clinging for life. I was there when he was lying on the floor, suffering. I did not cry when he was suffering, nor emotions of pity, sorrow, or the like. I was emotionless and didn't care for him and I just called emergency services to respond to the situation.
Dreams about violence, especially when involving a loved one like a father, can be quite impactful. In this dream, your father being shot by a drive-by gunner on a motorcycle may represent feelings of vulnerability and powerlessness in your waking life. The sudden and unexpected nature of the attack may suggest feelings of being blindsided or caught off guard by a situation or event. The fact that you did not display any emotional reaction in the dream, such as crying or feeling pity, could indicate a sense of emotional detachment or a need to distance yourself from difficult emotions or situations in your life. It may also symbolize a fear of confronting deep-seated emotions or a reluctance to express vulnerability. Calling emergency services in the dream could symbolize a desire for assistance or support in dealing with challenging circumstances. It may suggest a need to reach out for help or seek guidance in handling a difficult situation in your waking life. Overall, this dream may be highlighting your subconscious fears, anxieties, or unresolved emotions related to feeling vulnerable or helpless in certain aspects of your life. It could be a reflection of inner conflicts or a reminder to address and acknowledge your emotions in order to heal and move forward.
